Registration
I’ve been blocked from registering players, what do I do?
If you see a message like this: 
follow the instructions and pay for more players. See Payment Methods button on the home page.
I've paid for more players but I'm still blocked. What now?
If you paid by e-Transfer, you're account has to be updated manually. This takes time. Be patient.
I’m having trouble uploading my head-and-shoulders photo or my government ID. Can you help?
Where do I upload my photo and government ID?
I was trying to upload my photo/drivers' licence and don't know if it was successful. How can I tell?
If you uploaded your image correctly, you will see

My player has lost or cannot find his confirmation email, or it went to the wrong email, what can I do?
Go to Send Confirmation Email to Player under the Registrations
How do I register as a manager?
Please go to Team Staff Registrations under the Registrations menu. You have to register for each team you coach or manage.
I'm a player-manager. Do I have to register as both?
Yes.
Team Management
How do I check my registered players?
To manage your team, including checking on your registered players, please go to Team Management under the Teams menu and log in with your team password.
How do I check if any of my players are suspended?
In Team Management, choose Check Players' Discipline or look at the Discipline Report under the Discipline menu.
My player has served his suspension and paid his fine, why does he appear suspended on the team sheet?
Fines have to be paid by 5:00pm on Friday before the weekend's games. If this deadline is missed there is no guarantee the player's suspension will be lifted before your game time, so he remains suspended.
Team Sheets and Permits
How do I print team sheets?
You need two team sheets that have been printed from the website to give to the match official. There is a Print Team Lists button in Team Management, or you can choose Team Lists under the Teams menu and log in with your team password.
Can I submit a hand-written team sheet to the ref?
No. You need two team sheets that have been printed from the website. You can add permit players by hand.
Which players can I play on permit?
The general rule is players from your club registered to teams in lower divisions. Permit rules are in RULES & REGULATIONS, Section 5 - PERMITS, which can be found under the League menu. They are also summarized in the Team Handbook (page 5).
