Player Registration
FVSL is using a new registration system this year.
- ALL players must self-register.
- Your team coach or manager will give you a key code to register onto the team. (Managers, if you do not have a key code, you will receive one once your team is fully paid up. Please contact the .)
- Go to Player Registrations under the Registrations menu.
- As this is the first year using this system, Most players will be treated as NEW USERS and will be required to submit a User Name and Password to log in and create a profile.
- Once you have a profile, log in and complete the process.
- Players who played in the FVSL or BMSL last year will already have logins/passwords.This will be/have been emailed to you.
- Teams can register players up until March 31, 2025 (provided they are not registered with another team, in any league).
- There is no limit to the number of players you may sign during the playing season.
- Players can ONLY register for 1 team and/or league at a time during any playing season in BC.
- PLAYERS must be registered 7 days prior to any Cup game/s.

Payment
PLEASE NOTE: Teams have pre-paid for 15 players. After the first 15 players are registered, all others must be paid for before they can register: $75 per player.
Photo ID Requirements for Players
- ALL players must supply a head-and-shoulders passport-type photo for use as playing ID. Players will be prompted to upload their photo during the registration process.
- All players who did NOT play on a FVSL team in the previous winter or spring seasons, will be asked to submit their drivers license or other government-issued photo ID as proof of identity.
Player Eligibility and ITC & PTC Regulations
Any player who has registered to play soccer outside Canada or in another province MAY NOT be eligible to register without the proper transfer certificates.
Team managers, it is your responsibility to ensure that ALL PLAYERS are eligible to register under BC Soccer rules. Go here for more info. If you have any doubts about a specific player’s eligibility, please contact the Executive Director.
Playing an ineligible player can result in serious penalties, which may include a $100 fine and loss of game FOR EVERY GAME THAT PLAYER PARTICIPATED IN.
